Department Manager
Ensuring that all department staff is focused on customer service, the department manager is responsible for the overall appearance and financial success of their assigned store level department. Such responsibilities include: ordering products and merchandising, controlling inventories, scheduling personnel, supervising staff performance and achieving financial targets.

Customer Service/Front End Manager
Our Customer Service/Front End Manager supervises all cashiers and front end operations with an emphasis on a hassle free, friendly customer service experience throughout the store. These positions are particularly oriented to direct-to-customer interactions, as the customer service/ front end managers serve as point of contact for all customer questions, requests and returns.
Additionally, these positions call for the special handling of customer services, complaints, payment problems, unique requests, and assisting customers with special needs. Customer Service/Front End Managers may also supervise and direct the daily activities of the front end customer service staff.

Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager shares responsibility with the Store Manager for overall store performance with a focus on the store operation, appearance, merchandising, promotions – as well as focusing on their staff’s customer service. Assistant Store Managers are often responsible for the overall supervision and direction of staff, and in some stores; are responsible for the interviewing and hiring of staff.
